—For custom wigs 

-Units will be made on a mesh dome cap in 5-10 BUSINESS days (excluding holidays) upon receiving order (if hair is from Vieux Different) or upon receipt of hair. (Additional fee for rush order for PICK UP IN PERSON orders only).

- When providing hair from other companies we cannot guarantee the styling results based on the quality of hair. Low quality hair may not bleach knots/hair well or take heat well.

-Vieux Different is NOT responsible for incorrect sizing due to incorrect measurements provided. Please refer to my video & chart on how to measure your head correctly. Please also have your hair braided the way it will be under the wig for the correct measurements. If you need any assistance with measuring contact me at vieuxdifferent@gmail.com . There will be a 10% reconstruction fee for *custom* wigs.


— Sizing 

Vieux Different is NOT responsible for incorrect sizing due to incorrect measurements provided. Please refer to my video & chart on how to measure your head correctly. —Return Policy

Due to COVID-19 there are NO exchanges or returns. ALL WIGS ARE FINAL SALES! Please ensure you are choosing the correct lengths and textures and reviewing the description of the item when ordering. You must contact vieuxdifferent@gmail.com within 3-5 days after pick up/ delivery for any discrepancy/dissatisfaction with the order as I will try my best to accommodate.

— Shipping policy 

If your billing and shipping address do not match, you must send in a selfie of holding your valid ID. Your order won’t be processed until you send in the photo.

 

Due to Covid-19 please expect Shipping Delays. Also expect delays during sales periods & holidays.

All units are shipped through USPS. Priority Shipping for all orders is 3-5 business days. Tracking numbers are sent via email as soon as the order is received by USPS. Your signature is REQUIRED to receive your order.


It is the responsibility of the client to provide the same, correct and complete billing and shipping information. Vieux Different is not responsible for any delays due to incorrect shipping & billing addresses.


Please note that once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced. This responsibility is passed on to USPS. Please contact (800-275-8777) or www.usps.com.


—Pick Up Policy

Pick up time will be texted or emailed 24-48 hours beforehand. You MUST have a picture ID which matches the name placed on order (picture will be taken).


—Terms & Conditions:

-I have read & entered all the correct information

-Once an order is placed I will not be able to change or add to the order so please input information correctly 

-I must contact vieuxdifferent@gmail.com within 3-5 days after pick up/ delivery for any discrepancy/dissatisfaction with the order. If not, a repair fee will apply.

-Vieux Different is not responsible for the wig once it’s in your possession. Please be careful and maintain it well.

-I understand ALL WIGS ARE FINAL SALE!
